Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel empowered in our designs. If a piece does not meet your expectations, our return policy is designed to be as elegant and seamless as our silk.

3.1 The “Pristine State” Requirement

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: The garment must show no signs of perfume, makeup stains, or laundering.
  • Tags Intact: All original branding and security tags must remain attached to the fabric.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original EthnicEdge box or protective bag.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and artisanal integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom/Stitched Orders: Any garment that has been tailored to your specific measurements.
  • Jewelry & Accessories: Due to hygiene standards.
  • Sale/Clearance Items: Products purchased during “End of Season” or “Flash Sales” are considered final sale.

3.3 The Return Process

  1. Request: Email returns@ethnicedge.store with your order number and photos of the garment’s tags and condition.
  2. Inspection: Once the item is received at our hub, it undergoes a 48-hour quality check to ensure no threads have been pulled or colors faded.
  3. Logistics: For defective items, we cover the shipping. For “Change of Mind” returns, a standard logistics fee of PKR 300 will be deducted from the refund.

3.4 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We offer size exchanges for unstitched or standard-sized items, subject to availability.
  • Refund Channels: Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 10–15 business days. We also offer “Edge Credits” for immediate use on your next purchase.
